These terms apply to anyone who creates or buys an invitation on invitacionya.com, a Mentora Colombia service. By using the site you agree to the following.
The service
InvitaciónYa creates digital invitations that are shared with a link, for example over WhatsApp. There are three ways to get one:
- Free: basic designs, with a small InvitaciónYa mark at the bottom.
- Express: you pick a template, fill it in yourself in the editor, and activate it by paying the price published on the site.
- PRO: we design it by hand with your photos and your song. You see it and approve it first, then you pay.
The prices in effect are the ones shown on the site on the day of purchase.
Your content
The text, photos and music you upload remain yours. You give us permission to use them only to build and publish your invitation. You're responsible for having the right to use that material and for making sure it doesn't offend or infringe on anyone else's rights. We may remove content that breaks the law.
Our designs
The designs, illustrations, animations and code behind InvitaciónYa belong to Mentora Colombia. You can share your invitation as many times as you like, but you may not copy or resell the designs.
We may showcase our designs with sample data on the site and on our social media (TikTok, Instagram and Facebook). We never publish your invitation or your photos on social media without your permission.
Payments and changes
The Express invitation activates once we confirm your payment. In US dollars, you pay online through PayPal (credit card, debit card or PayPal balance) and upload your payment receipt in the editor; the invitation publishes as soon as we receive it. For the PRO invitation, you pay after you approve the design. If something didn't come out the way you expected, message us on WhatsApp and we'll review it together.
Availability
We do our best to keep your invitation online at all times, but interruptions from hosting or third-party services outside our control can happen.
